Equal Justice Under the Law — Justice and Equality

Voter Concern

“People should be treated the same under the law, no matter who they are.”

Campaign Response

We believe justice and equality mean that the law must apply fairly to everyone, regardless of wealth, race, or status.

So we act by strengthening accountability in the justice system, supporting fair policing, and ensuring that rights are protected for every person.

And people can see the result — greater trust in our institutions and confidence that justice is truly equal.

That is what living the Democratic Creed looks like.
