LINCOLN WAS A DEMOCRAT

Of course he was. He is. If Lincoln were alive today, he would not only be a Democratic leader and visionary, he would probably be the President of the United States. His vision of America stands for ordinary folks over billionaires, democracy over tyranny, justice over hatred. Indeed, Lincoln was FDR before there was an FDR.

Lincoln was a Democrat because he believed in Freedom for all. There can be no doubt he did. And so do we, each and every Democrat in America.
Lincoln was a Democrat because he believed in Justice for all. It was his guiding principle, and it is ours .. in words, and in deeds. The modern Democratic Party has fought for Justice for everyday Americans ever since our founding in the midst of the Great Depression and the rise of Fascism, in 1932.
Lincoln was a Democrat because he believed in Opportunity for all, because he stood for fair play and the Golden Rule, for the rights of those that labor. FDR resurrected this fight, and began our long journey towards a more just society, a journey Democrats support with every fiber of our being. This struggle for true Opportunity .. for everyone .. will continue as long as there are greedy billionaires, and Democrats.
Above all, Lincoln was a Democrat because he believed all people are created equal. He believed that these words at the heart of the Declaration of Independence literally define democracy in America. No truer words were ever spoken, and every single Democrat in this country stands behind them.

Yes Lincoln was a Democrat, and if he were alive today, he would not only have stood behind the Democratic Creed and the modern definitions of Freedom, Justice, and Opportunity, he would have written them! He would have held them up and stood proudly as their champion. As do we.
In heart and soul and action, Lincoln was a true Democrat. As modern Democrats, but even more as Americans, we are charged with carrying his vision forward. For above all else, that is what Abraham Lincoln was .. and is .. in our national memory: the champion of an America united behind Democracy, and Freedom, Justice, and Opportunity for all.
A just society .. as long as it takes. Join us.

Dems 101 is sponsoring a major protest and a joyous celebration. The celebration is of Abraham Lincoln, a Democrat before his time. The protest is of Vivek Ramaswamy, a man who defiles the very notion of Lincoln.
Join hundreds of determined fellow Americans on Wednesday, April 2nd, at the Kalahari Convention Center, in Sandusky, Ohio. Tip off time is 5:00pm. Make your voice heard in these uncertain times. Stand up for Lincoln, stand up against MAGA and everything it represents. Now is the time.
Know that this protest/celebration will be the first of many! Lincoln was one of us, what he envisioned for America is what we hold true, a just society .. as long as it takes.
